Discovering the Stream of Love

Happy Day my friends!

As I write this post I am empowering myself to be the creator I was born to be, understanding that writing is a form of creation. And yes, we are Creators. Each one of us without exception. The thing is that creation goes along with Free Will. Each one of us has the power to create and the power to choose. So… the beautiful balance of life comes along when we understand that each one of us is creating at the same time; each one of us expressing the deepest desire of our souls in its own unique way. Yes, each one of us has a unique path. This website is my own way of creation and expression. It is my way of sharing and co-creating with all of you.

What am I committed to communicating?

I am committed to communicate the good, the holy and the beautiful.

I want people to feel uplifted when they read my blogs.

I want people to feel that there is Hope.

I want people to know that even when life seems to be difficult, chaotic, heavy at times, there is a way to feel better which starts right here, right now, in this very instant with the breath they are taking.

Can you feel the air coming in your lungs?

That breath, which we take for granted; that breath that sometimes we don’t even notice”... that breath is LIFE. And when we are present, breathing consciously, appreciating the simple things of life, our muscles start relaxing, and we can breathe even deeper.

Then, we start feeling peace, and if we stay there a little longer, we can start feeling the presence of love. It is this powerful, unconditional stream of love that I wish for you to be able to feel constantly. It is this stream of LOVE I wish to guide your days and nights.

Even when I want to show you the way, this is not possible… It is not possible because the way is unique for each one of us. Meaning, what has worked for me will not necessarily work for you. Even when meditating in stillness is the most effective way for me to connect with this energy, I call the stream of love, it might not work for you. You have to find your own way. How? Let’s think about what Love is.

Love is peace, joy, beauty, wholeness. Love does not know fear or judgment. It is at the other

spectrum of anger, envy, hatred. Love brings you out of despair, hopelessness, unworthiness and limitation. So, you see, your feelings are your internal compass. This understanding is an essential clue for determining whether you are following the stream of LOVE or not.

That stream of LOVE is always present, it is constant, available in abundance to every one of us, no exceptions…But the recognition of the stream of LOVE requires openness, spaciousness, expansion… It requires constant awareness of the present moment… it requires allowing, trusting and embracing all…It requires detachment, so we can become the witness of the present circumstances… It requires letting things and experiences come and go…

Even when we have our unique journey, in which we are remembering and exploring our own powers as we connect to the stream of LOVE, we are constrained to universal and physical laws. The universal laws apply to everything in the entire universe, and the physical laws apply to everything within the bubble we call planet Earth. Understanding of these laws will facilitate the journey. My intention with Empower Yourself blogs is to share some of this knowledge, from my existing level of understanding, and to share my experiences as I apply these laws. I hope that by sharing my experiences with applying these laws, you will feel inspired to embrace your own journey with excitement and an openness to new experiences. As you do so, I believe you will find your unique way to connect to the powerful, unifying energy of LOVE.
